Pop-up Shop and Farm Stand

Right next to the Monkton Hotel is a covered farm stand that can be rented for the day or weekend, visible from Monkton Station and the NCR trail where over 600,000 hikers, runners and bikers pass through each year.

Usage

Rentals are intended for small businesses looking to sell their wares/services: ie. farmers, artists, crafters, makers, ect.
Excluded are private parties and food vendors.
Renters are permitted to use the space and available displays as they see fit or bring their own. The stand must be set back to how it was originally found. And the closing checklist must be completed.
Renter will be held financially responsible for damages.
Renters are permitted to use the stand for any duration between the hours of 6AM–9PM on their designated date.

Rental information

Price: $75/day (multi-day discounts available)
Rentals are available for Sundays, May–December
Payments may be made via venmo or zelle.
Your rental fee is fully refundable up to 1 week prior to your date. Cancellations after that are subject to a 50% refund. Rentals are rain or shine barring an extreme weather event in which case you will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Six standard power outlets and lighting: overhead fan/light, string lights, outdoor light
Tables, bar/counter, refrigerator, rug
Reserved parking space
Water and restrooms available at Monkton Station building
Camera surveillance
